Rakka - Haibane Renmei

Haibane Renmei fanart! I love this series - it's so cute, but it's also got such an interesting mythos powering it. I'd like to learn more about Haibane society and mythos ^_^

For those unfamiliar with the series, Rakka is the central character and newest arival to the Charcoal Wing federation. The wings are real, as is the halo, but when she first gets it it keeps sliding off of her head. So she has to wear a training headband until it stays in place.

One of the things I love most about the look of this series is that the sky is always green, and that the main character has a strong identification with crows. So I wanted to include that in what is otherwise a rather boring piece of fanart. The green scanned badly though - it always does.

I'm submiting this to the AVcon anime fanart conetst, and I'm thinking of selling it - although I'm not sure for how much. Anyone got any suggestions on what would be reasonable?

The original is on A4 card (that's 21x29cm) and is done in watercolours with gel ink bordering and writing.
