That looks pretty damn funky; am wondering if it's more or less of a pain to draw the blue on black for the outlines on that.
It looks particularly fantastic in that it has great depth, especially since I imagine that shading has to pretty much go out the window for such a colour scheme.

The lineart was drawn black on white and inverted for the final image. Almost all the colouring is the careful application of photoshop filters and layering, so it was actually pretty cheaty to get it to this effect.
